I would like to take the time to share a succinct & connecting of the dots & of exactly how behaviour shift, values and strategy could lead to extraordinary results in achieving new ways of working. I will share 4 – 5 key principles of how culture is shaped by consistent behaviour shifts, linked to strategic goals, and to use a specific example in our business to showcase the principle in action.
Amelia Muller’s Biography:
Amelia Muller is a seasoned Human Capital professional and a qualified psychologist, with around 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Standard Bank, she spent just over 11 years at Absa/Barclays Africa in various roles across the HC spectrum.
Amelia has a broad range of experience in Human Capital including extensive business partnering across the various functions of a financial services organisation (CIB, Retail, Corporate Functions, Africa) as well as leading specialist practices like resourcing, talent, performance management, coaching and mentoring.
She is currently the Head of Culture, Leadership and Insights – a great portfolio that is key in supporting the realisation of our strategic progress.
