In the 2019 Business Agility Report, relentless improvement was identified as key to business agility. At one of the business units in FNB, the Exco team previously identified agility and continuous improvement as a strategic theme but struggled to change the culture to reflect that.
In this talk I will share our experience in implementing relentless (continuous) improvement as an organisational capability that was embedded into the culture through the way-of-work. I will discuss our innovative change management approach together with what worked and what did not work.
